| For this you need the spell that reveals the Hall of Echoes, and even though it sounds like it'll involve work, it doesn't. After you acquire the battle tower, if you enter the door behind the throne room you'll find an elevator. Go down it, then into your bedroom. The scroll is on a table near the bed, sparkling, just asking to be picked up. Do so to unlock this. |
