Main quest related so unmissable.
In the primordial cave in the Orobas Fjords (It's near where you first enter the Fjords, behind the waterfall, it has a quest marker on it), you need to collect seeds from 3 trees to enter the last part of the cave, once you get to the end of the cave you meet the Dragon patriarch and bag the achievement. |
