  Actions

  Done on Mission 11: El Sin Nombre. After you've been interrogated downstairs, you'll eventually meet up with Alejandro and be handed a mask. At this point we can now free roam around the ground floor - I found the quickest and most effective method of getting this achievement is as follows:
  
  Walk forward and take your first left into the main lobby. From here take back right door into the spiral staircase. Wait for the guard to move into the dining room, now we can proceed up the stairs. At the top of the stairs stands a bottle, ensure you collect this as we'll need it later. After that take the first left, then onto the balcony beside the pool table. Vault over the railing while hugging the wall and shimmy around the outside of the building. Once round the corner climb up the ladder/trellis onto the roof where you'll see three guards. Throw the bottle to the right of them, so we can sneak past on our left (while hugging the BBQ counters). Once past climb up the ladder into the lift shaft, direct the lift down one floor and flip the emergency door controls. As you leave the lift the achievement should pop.
  
  If you get spotted at any point during this guide, just restart previous checkpoint and try again.

  Actions

  The 11th mission of COD Modern Warfare 2 'El Sin Nombre' has you and Alejandro search for El Sin Nombre. For this achievement, wait until after the interogation scene. You will have a mask and free roam of the house. Walk to the backyard, hop on the fence, climb through the window.
  
  From there, grab the bottle on the staircase, walk down the hallway, take a right and open the door. You will then jump over the railing and onto the roof and to your right you will see a ladder.
  
  Take the ladder up and while still on the roof, hide next to the little house-like structure on the roof. Wait until the sniper walks past you and crouch walk up to the second bottle. Quickly turn around and throw the bottle to distract the guards. Walk behind the grills, throw the second bottle and continue on to the next ladder.
  
  You will then meet up with Alejandro on the roof and proceed to the elevator shaft. Navigate to the 3rd floor and you are home free. Walk up to the door and the achievement should pop!

  Actions

  After regrouping with Alejandro he will give you a mask where you need to make your way to the penthouse. From where you are, walk forward past the swimming pool on your right until you get to a gate and an outdoor kitchen area. Once here, pickup the bottles. Make your way through the gate and you will see a tree in the middle of the path, just after this there will be an outdoor balcony. Climb up the outdoor balcony to get inside the building.
  
  Once inside, go up the stairs and through the 2nd door in front of you. Once you've gone through the first door you will see a corridor that has a red light in it. On your right go through the next door and you will see the outside of the building. Climb over the barrier and turn right, next climb up the ladder onto the roof.
  
  Once on the roof, turn right and make your way to the right side of the building on the outskirts to avoid enemies. Once here, you will see a ladder in front of you. Throw a bottle onto the roof of the building you are on to distract the enemies. Once the enemies are distracted, crouch walk to the ladder. After climbing the ladder you'll regroup with Alejandro and will jump down onto the elevator.
  
  Press the yellow button to make the elevator go down, when you see the first elevator door press the red button to stop the lift. Look upwards to find the emergency lock to open the elevator door.
