This achievement takes place on the mission called
Prison Break. After you gain access to the CCTV room you will control the cameras around the Prison. The timer starts when you take control of the CCTV. Also whilst moving Ghost be sure to switch to the different CCTV cameras in the area as you can do multiple moves at once in some sections, it makes the flow of things go faster.
When Ghost has finished breaking the lock on the gate, direct Ghost to the wooden box in front of you. Next, switch to the CCTV camera in the distance, and direct Ghost to shoot the enemy that's using the laptop. After this switch to the next camera and hide Ghost by the barrels. Next shoot the enemy that's on the catwalk and switch to the next camera and make Ghost climb the ladder and melee the enemy from behind.
In the area next to you will see two enemies walking around. Ask Ghost to shoot the enemies and proceed to the 1st truck and plant the device. Move to the right side of the destroyed wall and wait until the enemy on the catwalk walks away. Next turn off the generator and go back to the right side of the destroyed wall and shoot the enemy that's by the pickup truck. Switch to the next camera and move Ghost to the forklift. Shoot the enemy that's beneath the lights and melee the armoured enemy that's walking to the enemy you just shot. Lastly shoot the last enemy that's using the laptop.
Switch to the next camera and move Ghost behind the barrels that's beneath the catwalk. Melee the armoured enemy that get's out of the pickup truck. Switch to the next camera and wait until the enemy is looking away from Ghost and use melee attack from behind. Switch to the next camera and move Ghost to the bunch of boxes that's right of the armoured vehicle. Wait here until the armoured enemy walks to the left boxes and use melee attack. Next plant the device on the vehicle and move Ghost through the hole in the fence on the right side.
Switch to the next camera overlooking the two vehicles in the next area. Move Ghost to the front of the Pickup Truck, switch to the next camera on the left side of this area and move Ghost behind the barrels. Wait for the last enemy to walk away from you and use melee attack. Lastly plant device on the last vehicle.
