  Right at the beginning of the game (directly after "S.S.O.D") you will be on the "Team Player" mission. At the start of this you will be told to keep the pressure on the RPG teams across the river. Shortly after this you will be instructed to switch over to your MT203 Grenade Launcer (Press LEFT on the directional pad). No fire your grenades over the river and you should be able to pick up this achievement.

  During the mission "No Russian", after leaving the airport and getting to the main fight, there will be lines of riot police standing nice and close. Just lob a nade launcher round into one of them, and chances are it will kill the two men around him.
  
  This can also be done on the level "Wolverines!" when defending the burger town. There will be a point in time where the person on the radio will tell you that there are 15 men approaching your position. You can try and get a grenade in the middle of them. (this is also a good time to get "10-plus foot mobiles" for killing 10 with one predator missile)

  This can also be done on the "Whiskey Hotel" mission. As you move toward the Whitehouse you will encounter a group of unidentified soldiers standing near a bus. When you see them, get your noobtube ready and aim it towards them. There are about 4-5 of them grouped together. Once you get the order to engage them just pull the trigger.....easy as.
