You'll probably get this without even actively trying. Just break anything you can find. You'll mostly do this to crates, which contain rings, skill points and the like.
For easier finds, go to structures and grind rails in the open world. Since they usually hide springs, you'll have to break them anyway - do this by Stomping in the air using the
button.
