This one is frustrating due partly to (IMO) poor control of the vehicle. But, here's some tips on the path you should take.

You will see the bus take a tunnel out. You will NOT be able to directly get to the same tunnel by going down the stairs. The environment will work against you and block your path.

Instead, at the first roadblock, turn left and you'll see a clear path for you to drive (relatively speaking ;p). Ignore the giant brutes that try to smash you. Yes, they're powerful and you're screwed if they get in more than one hit. But speed is more of the issue here.

Don't use nitro! As the game points out, using nitro gives you more speed but decreases control of your vehicle. You need that control here.

Rush up the stairs and through the window, through the darkish room (again, ignore the giant trying to smash you ;p), and up a spiral walkway to crash through another window and back out onto the pavilion (look at those legs! What a bunch of cr*tch ;p).

Head down towards the left. And just down wherever you see a clear stairway. Turn right at the bottom, dodging obstacles, and through the tunnel that the bus had gone through and you're home free!

TIP: Driving the Deuce can be harrowing when you hit an obstacle as it has no leeway for turning when against an object, you have to hit reverse.

Plus the Deuce turns real slow at high speeds. Using button B for quick turn can be useful but make sure you've practiced it a bit before, otherwise you can easily misjudge.

Instead a better trick for keeping better control is to actually not gun the accelerator throughout your run. Loosen up on the turns so you can steer better. Really gunning only on the few straight stretches. And you should have less frustration overall. Good luck!
