When you start the game, select Standard mode -> Type-2 (Satsuki) and Auto Shield as your Skill Card to at least survive a hit (auto shield refills every 15 seconds) with the difficulty set to Novice to make it easier. You'll can also get Shield as a pickup at certain spots by destorying a certain enemy. Be aware that when fighting Kirisame Blade (Stage 3 boss), her sword, if hit close from your player aircraft, will ignore the shield and you will lose a life.
With that, blast through all 5 stages with Graze Counters and using Break Mode as much as you can (when their meters are full). The achivement unlocks after defeating the final boss, Bullet Angel and when the credits roll.
