  Earnt at the end of the game in Chapter 14. Head up the staircase, hold hands with the ring of people by holding "" and complete all the Simon Says responses. The Blue, Purple, Red responses correspond to your ability colours. Simply press them in the correct order until your house appears in the middle of the arena. At this point you can stop holding hands and approach your home. Where the achievement will pop.

  I just mashed the LT and RT buttons in no particular order and got this, so it's certainly the default ending.

  For this achievement, in the last chapter and section, hold hands with the ring of people with A, then copy the pattern that is signaled to you. To do this, hold the corresponding trigger long enough for the ring of people to all light up, then release. I’m unclear if the pattern is the same for everyone; for me the pattern was:
  
  1) left, right, left
  2) left, left, right
  3) left, left, right
  
  This causes your house to appear, go inside and the achievement will unlock.

  Last chapter, when you reach the 3 giants hold hands (I kept A pressed the whole time) and follow the next sequences:
