How to unlock the Hope You Enjoyed Your Stay achievement

From the main menu, choose to Play Alone, and then play through the solo story. This achievement will unlock during the end credits.

Side note: this did not unlock for me when I first completed the game, but going back and choosing Scene Selection, then playing through the final scene again caused it to unlock as it should.

Didn't unlock for me when I finished the last scene for the first time (went for everyone survives). Replayed the scene from chapter select on a new save

, skipped last part of the credits and the trailer for the next game and achievement popped on the title screen.

To get the happy ending (everyone survives), does the dog need to survive? In mine it did and just interests me whether it's necessary. I know there's a separate cheev for dog surviving..

as of 2/25/23 - Didn't pop during my 1st completion following the guide - I clicked 'continue' at the menu screen. It started at the quartet singing - let that play through - the trailer started playing and I skipped - it popped right after I skipped it. Hope this works for everybody.

Actions

If it's not popping up for you, you have to completely watch the credits + the trailer of the next game without skipping them. You won't obtain the achievement if you skip these two.
