This achievment can be found in Chapter IV. Falling Into Place.
In the left-hand drawer in the dining room, there is a blueprint for a tree house.
After sitting with your dad, along with some dialogue, you'll zip through the pen and come to a treehouse scene.
The scene will turn from daytime to nighttime, in which you'll turn to your left and click on the house window.
Don't click through the window just yet, because you'll want to look up and to your left where you can see the stars.
Just wait a few moments and you should see a shooting star.
