    [Semi Spoilers ahead]
This requires the Witch Hunt DLC.
    Time needed: 5minutes.

Make a new Mage character on Witch Hunt, Max out your Magic Stat, Set all your stuff up however you want, Just make sure you get the Mana Clash ability.

Start the game, you will be talking to your dog, just skip all the dialog, Go into Flemeths Hut, talk to the girl, leave the house and you will be in a battle with a Gremlock and a Emmisary, Just cast Mana Clash on the Emmisary and you got your achievement.

Make a spell combination of Death Hex + Death Cloud for instant 250 damage.

    From the ingame codex:
Entropic Death - Perhaps the victims would say it makes no difference, since those afflicted by a Death Hex already know there is little hope of survival, but they should avoid a Death Cloud at all costs if they do not wish to hasten the process: Merely touching the edge of the cloud is enough to set off a deadly reaction that deals truly massive spirit damage to the subject of the hex.

Travis2310Thanks Sloober; worked perfectly for my Mage. I almost felt sorry for the Assassin when I saw that big "797" damage appear above his head...

Once you have unlocked the Berserker Warrior class specialization, simply put talent points in it until you get Final Blow. As you are leveling up be sure to put your attribute points into Willpower, to get the most for your money so to speak in regards to Final Blow. Activate Berserk, use Final Blow against a foe with plenty of health. I unlocked this achievement in Redcliffe against an Ogre doing 294 damage. At the time, I had approximately 30 Willpower.

DragonFangDanI'm assuming this works with a character who uses 2handed weapons? b/c it sure as heck doesn't work with a sword/shield warrior.

PSUConnActually DragonFangDan, I got this one using a sword/shield warrior. I managed to get it after beating the main story and within about 5 minutes of starting Awakening. You certainly need better stats to get it with a sword/shield but with the extra level progression through dlc it is certainly possible, and is probably possible without the dlc is you have the right character build.

KillerZ x AceI have Berserk, but it doesn't show up in my talent wheel. So I can't equip it,
