How to unlock the The Avenging Gazelle achievement

This one is pretty simple and straight to the point - do Natsai Onai's side missions. I believe they unlock around level 16 and you get an owl from her which you can check in the menu. There are 7 and they are pretty easy:

1. The Lost Child
2. A Basis for Blackmail
3. Mum's the Word
4. Grief and Vengeance
5. Finding Focus
6. Harlow's Last Stand
7. Acting On Instinct

Once you finish talking to her in the hospital ring, the achievement should pop.

Quite annoyed that I’ve 100% the game and got all the achievements to reflect this but this achievement is bugged for me. I wonder if this is a potential issue for a number of people or am I just purely unlucky.

You're not the only one seeing a bug with this. I haven't gotten any of my achievements for completing Poppy, Onai's or Sabastian's side quests.

Unfortunately the last mission, Acting On Instinct, is not triggering for me. I've completed the game, including every side quest and collectible, but this mission is not popping and my Challenge completion is stuck at 30/32 as well. After running through the list of every mission in the game, this appears to be the only one I'm missing, so I'm stuck on both of these achievements.
