  This is a lot simpler than it sounds.
  
  To unlock this achievement you must complete ALL tiers of A challenge. Key word being A challenge. This just means one horizontal row of a challenge.
  
  

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***This is easily done in Hogsmeade following the “Collect field guide pages in Hogsmeade”.
  
  When you get there, you can run around and collect the field guide pages floating in the air using “accio”, the moth mirrors by using “lumos”, and the hidden descriptive scrolls using “revelio” all of which you will have unlocked by this point.
  
  Don’t forget revelio will highlight all three of these things to make it even easier. Just take your time and explore the area, enjoy the surroundings and the lore and you will pop it in no time!

  This is the second achievement that hasnt unlocked for me :( hopefully get it on second playthrough :(

  I went back through on a second playthrough as I need to do three more playthroughs for the map chamber achievements
  
  I arrived in hogsmeade, collected 50 pages again and it unlocked this time

  Yeah a lot of players have reported bugs for achievements not popping. Hoping it will get looked into with the next patch. There’s a really good video online for your three other play throughs if you wanted to speed run them to save some time :)

  The achievement is tied to completing any individual set/line of challenges. This will unlock naturally while you progress through the story and assignments or while exploring The Highlands.
  
  There is one set of challenges for completing all assignments, and another for completing all main story quests. Once you complete Professor Weasley’s Assignment after finishing all other assignments, the trophy will unlock. If you skip the assignments until later, then it will unlock when you finish the main questline or when you finish another challenge set listed below.
  
  Another easy challenge set is finding all the landing platforms.
  

  
  Combat
  

  • Dark Wizards: Defeat a total of 240 Dark Wizards
  • Dugbogs: Defeat a total of 35 Dugbogs
  • Goblins: Defeat a total of 190 Goblins
  • Inferi: Defeat a total of 66 Inferi
  • Infamous Foes: Defeat a total of 21 Infamous Foes
  • Spiders: Defeat a total of 240 Spiders
  • Trolls: Defeat a total of 30 Trolls
  • Mongrels: Defeat a total of 60 Mongrels
  • Complete Duelling Feats: You will need to complete a total of 109 feats

  Quests
  

  • Assignments: Finish all 12 assignments from the professors
  • Main Quests: Finish all main quests
  • Side/Relationship Quests: Complete all 69 side and relationship quests

  Exploration
  

  • Collect Ancient Magic Traces: Complete the 20 Ancient Magic Traces
  • Pop Balloons: Pop all 5 balloons at each of the 32 locations
  • Landing Platforms: Land on all 20 Landing Platforms
  • Complete Merlin Trials: Solve 52 of the 95 of the Merlin Trials
  • Find Astronomy Tables: Solve the 15 Astronomy Tables
  • Solve Hogwarts Secrets: Solve the 3 secrets in Hogwarts

  Field Guide Pages
  Note: Revelio Pages count toward the Field Guide Pages
  

  • Hogsmeade: Collect a total of 50 Field Guide Pages
  • Hogwarts: Collect a total of 100 Field Guide Pages
  • Highlands: Collect a total of 30 Field Guide Pages
