In order to get this AND the "demon" achievement:

Free play -> Quick Race -> Peugeot sport 908 (last car in list)-> Sedona Raceway Park 1 mile drag strip (last track in list)-> change view to cockpit view at the start of the race

Will get you 2 achievements < 1 minute.
