Missable
Found at the very beginning of the game, shortly after stepping off the boat/gondola. Proceed down the path until you get the objective "Go around the crowd." Before you reach the crowd, you'll find a large fountain within a seating area. Beside the fountain you'll find a white phone booth on the left hand side. Interactive with the booth to unlock the achievement.

If you've reached the tour and had the first "upgrade" you've travelled too far and missed this. You'll need to start a new game to get it.

Annoying, I looked at the phone booth my first go through this area but didn't see the prompt to interact.

On my 2nd playthrough I attempted this and it wouldn't pop after making the call.

I had to restart game because it immediately made a save point after the call so I couldn't go to an earlier auto-save before hand. It finally popped on multiple attempts. This last time I made sure to try one of the headsets on, ate ice cream then drank a soda before making the call. I also left it on pause before concluding the call in case some timer played an issue for the achievement popping. That time it did work though not sure what I did differently made this happen this time, but in case you have trouble maybe retrace my other steps.

None of my story related achievements popped along with ones for crafting and talking to the dead animals. I missed this one on my first playthrough so I started a new game and it took 3 tries to get it. It popped after I hit the guide button on the controller and selected to quit the game. Then I restarted my console, deleted the new save file, and started another new game. I read somewhere that if you turn off your console, it resets your counters, and I had turned mine off during my original playthrough a few times. I'm going to try playing through without shutting down my console and just hitting pause when I have to stop. Here goes nothing...

Actions

You get this achievement at the beginning of the game and you only need to interact with the phone booth that is on the way to our objective. If you not interact with the cabin at this point you will have to start a new game to do it.

Missable:

Near the very beginning of the game on Chelomey, after getting off the gondola but prior to the ‘tour’. There’s a phone booth by a soda fountain. Use it and nab your achievement.
