  Started a new game yesterday 27/02/23 to see if I could record some footage for a guide on this. Unfortunately the tracking is still an issue and multiple Chirpers couldn't be collected - they were suck under rubble or not selectable. What a joke!
  
  Save Scum Method has now been patched (26/02/23). I'll leave the video below for anyone who might be curious what that was.
  
  Missable: If you leave a mission location such as Vavilov, VDNH, Theater or Pavlov having missed a Chirper there's no way of returning to these areas to collect it.
  
  There's around 75 Chirpers in the game to collect but nobody has yet documented them all. I'll be looking to do another playthrough once the achievement tracking bug has been resolved to show you all locations.

  The chirper located under the platform that falls during pesticide train crash is obtainable once you beat the mini boss mutant. Once you beat him progress to story marker just outside garage. You’ll receive a saved game indicator. Immediately reload your most recent save , which is what you just received and simply back track to the area where the chirper is.

  Nope, I tried this multiple times, and still it won't let me grab it. Someone claimed the rubble was gone after they reloaded the autosave, but that wasn't the case for me. Tempted to just shelve the game until everything is fixed. Just wish they would be as quick to fix bugs as they are to patch exploits. 🙄

  I had no difficulty with it. Did you ever try exiting your game and rebooting?

  I still don't know the exact number of chirpers but I'm about to finish all the main quest locations and the open world. If they fix this in the future, I hope these guides can be used as they should be. I will update this post with the other videos.

  doing 1 by 1 was to long so i found a spot with 3 Chirpers
  
  in the quest where you need 4 canister to open a door.
  
  Going for the 4 and last canister you will end up in a big room with huge tree root, there will be a small event and right after go through the left door which lead to the next lvl, kill every enemy, save the game go take the 3 chirpers and load last save until you get the achievement.
