  Just play through scenario campaign you should get it sometime through that if not just replay the "Nightmare Train" mission, it takes while a to beat this level.

  just play the scenario mode, simple as that, as you progress you'll no undoubtedly get this, you'll most likely get this around 3/4 of the way through so just keep on killing! maybe repeat a few of your favorite stages if you want.
