  When playing the Scenario Campaign Mode, you will come across small bottles that when picked up, increase your strength. Collect 50 over time and the achievement is yours.

  When you get to Seahorse Grand Hotel fight the first group of enemies and take a right at the T intersection then complete the level and you should unlock a hidden level. Bottles drop MUCH more frequently on this hidden level, so just repeat it to unlock Thirsty Fighter a bit earlier than normal.

  Picking up 50 of the Red or Yellow bottles in Scenario Campaign mode can net you this achievement. The easiest stage i could easily rack up like 10-15 bottles in one run is the secret stage on the FAR right of the map. Its next to the Christie boss fight in the Mishima Industries where you fight Roger as the boss. Enemies frequently drop yellow bottles so just keep running through this stage and it should pop quick.
  
  Edit - Another stage with very common red and yellow bottle drops is G Science and Technology. There's no boss and it is unlocked after beating the Lee boss fight along the storyline.
