    You'll get this after your fight with Heihachi in scenario mode.

    I found him very vulnarable to the lead pipe, so try and grab one just before you fight him and should be easy enough using the lead pipe combo of 3 Y's.

    Found in the Scenario Campaign Mode
    It's All Coming Back to Me is found on "Mishama Estate" where you have to defeat Heihachi
    As a story achievement it is unmissable

    Mishima Estate- scenario mode

    this is a un-missable story based achievement, you must defeat heihachi mishima at the end of the stage 'mishima estate'

    as dancrozier stated; try and get a lead pipe or weapon before fighting him, will make it a lot easier.
