    Part 6 : Decisive battle of Guandu
    -Zhang Liao
    -Zhang Jiao
    -Xun Yu

    or else just call every warriors who are lvl 1

    CorporatePit254SeekNDstroy, did you actually call them into the battle field by using the reinforcements menu at the battle flag? You can't just give them cups and max them out, you need to call them into your game. I think the last sub battlefield in Part 6 you can call all of them. Just go one by one.

    SidsLightYou may be missing one, it's worth noting that you have to complete Chapter 4's "Like Father, Like Son" to open up "The Tiger’s Loyal Subjects" - completing that mission will give you access to Han Dang.

    iriihutoR48The solution isn't really exhaustive. In order to unlock some of these, you need to finish certain Sub Battlefields. Zhang Jiao for example isn't available for me.

    Sir Lumbo^ Zhang Jiao isn’t an ally for reinforcement.

    I had to call in the reinforcements listed in the solution above plus Xiahou Dun, I think, to unlock. If you go to the final sub mission, you can request reinforcement from your full roster. My final roster had 15 allies.
