    GroqikVideo is explicit enough. Just find soldiers standing near crates. Poison one soldier, climb crates, equipe assassin's weapon, target the poison soldier before he die and press X to attack with assassin's weapon. Too easy

    To get this achievement, you have to Poison an NPC, or an enemy with your blade, then perform an Air Assassination on them.

    Easiest way to do it, is find a guard where there is something you can climb on above him.
    Poison him, climb up, switch to your hidden blade, and perform an Air Assassination.

    Make sure to not do a regular Assassination, as that won't work, and it's difficult to assassinate someone who's poisoned.

    Go to Venice - San Marco. At the dock, head right, across the bridge, until you see a wall covered in ivy. if you climb over, there is 1 lone guard guarding a chest. just poison him, and jump back on the ledge you climbed over and air assassinate. Absolutely best place in my opinion.
