    Sometimes a good video is worth a thousand words. So, here is a great video solution (made not by me). All credit goes to zwoooooosh on Youtube.

    People asked me to write its location. So, as Captain Animal mentions, it is located in Venice, south-east map marker.

    Go to the red brick building directly north of the Basilica. Climb up on this building. Then at the fence that you can't cross, head west and you should see a ladder. The entrance is at the bottom of this ladder.
