You will need to go to a tailor in Romagna/Forli for this. Simply purchase them both and the achievement will unlock once you close out of the shop screen.

One more thing that's not been mentioned... Before you spend all your florins, wondering why this achievement didn't unlock, you must purchase both and return back to the game before the achievement will unlock. I think one's like 150 florins and one's like 2300 florins (I think), just guessing. Once both have been bought at least once, hit "B" to return back to the game, THEN the achievement will pop. I thought that it would pop while I was buying stuff still. I'm not sure if anyone else knew that, but I didn't and wound up spending a lot of money switching back and forth between colors wondering why my achievement never unlocked! I finally got tired of spending money thinking this was glitched, so I hit "B" to get back to the game and "pop!" there went the achievement :)

Edit: IF YOURE GONNA THUMBS DOWN, PLEASE STATE WHY... THANK YOU!

HolyHalfDeadThumbs up from me because Nighthawk205 stole from your solution and added it to their solution without giving you credit for it. I really hate it when solution writers try and take credit for someone else's work or ideas, it is also against TA policy. I hope this comment helps you get less negative votes.
