  This is story related, you can't miss it, but it's gonna take you 20 minutes to half an hour. It'll pop after the mission "From Scratch" when you gather everything you need to fix the reactor core at your Homebase, and then craft it.

  Must be a glitch :(
  The devs are still updating the game so it might be worth reaching out to them or restarting the first few minutes to see if it unlocks

  How far into the game is it? 5 minutes or 5 hours? Some info other then "story related" would be nice, especially in the context of us needing a Game Pass chevo each day for the quests.

  This unlocked for me after completing the mission "From Scratch" its the third mission in the game. Should only take about 30 mins to get there and complete.
