    Its Jing WeiIt's possible that playing in a party/with friends messes up the match counter is what i've noticed

    Herby SpicyThe earliest you can get this is at match #25, but as others noted it will push if you have partied up with players that have not advanced as far in the story. If you are solo, matchmaking will pull players that are at the same point or further to trigger this.
