A Legacy Forged achievement in Starfield

This is an unmissable achievement going down the UC Vanguard quest line.
You will receive "A Legacy Forged", after completing the Vanguard storyline.

There are 9 Vanguard Faction Quests.

@L0N3W0LF1681 No. It does not. However, there is another mission after the eponymous "A Legacy Forged" where you work with him to hunt down more dirtbags.

Hostile intelligence is bugged for me. Hadrian doesn't follow me

Possible fix for hostile intelligence, from Reddit:

Tell companion to return to post (avoid pissing off companion)

⁠Fast Travel to Forward Base 441.

⁠Find and Punch the Robodog which is needed to break the bug on Major. (This will cause Marines to attack)

⁠Bait Robodog all the way to Major (yes it will follow you into processing plant and down into steam tunnels)

⁠Run into room that key plot event occurs. (Major will start to engage in attacking Robodog). Ignore the fight and sprint into room that Kaiser is in

⁠Robodog(s) and Major will now follow you into the room Kaiser is in. (Marines will also now arrive and attack you in this room. Move over to Kaiser so robodogs come towards you and now Major and Kaiser are near one another.

⁠Clear the room of marines and robodogs. (Base commander may also arrive but take her out, she can’t be killed, and will just lay fatigued on ground). Sadly the marines will need to be taken out, on the bright side the loot from them will be enough to pay off your bounty).

⁠After eliminating all hostile UC marines and robodogs, Major will now kick off sequence to open the electrical room door needed to advance quest.

Ended up restarting the "Hostile Intelligence) mission (with a lucky save point).
Major is useless all the way through.
I ended up meleeing her repeatedly to get (push) her to the right places.
In the end this was pointless (because she won't go through the last door), so I went and upset the UC, led them to where I had left Major, and I was then able to get her to the final door.
Cleaned up the UC, and continued the mission to successful completion.

There is also another bug that prevents War Relics from starting, after completing The Devils You Know. Apparently, there are two NPC that cannot die Torque and Gel.

Finally i unlocked it. I started a new game as my save data was accidentally deleted and this time Hadrian wasn't bugged

After I completed Hostile Intelligence, A Legacy Forged quest doesn't start. I reloaded my last save to complete the mission again, shut the game down, shut off and unplugged the system, and reloaded a save from when I first landed on Toliman 2 and completed the quest again but none of this worked. Any suggestions? If not, I suppose I will go back to a previous save to before I start the Hostile Intelligence mission and do other quests for now. hopefully there will be a patch to fix this.

Same thing for me. I've try to speak to Vae Victis anyway but the last quest didn't start. Let's hope the next update will fix this 🤞.

I have all these quests and A Legacy Forged in my completed quests and I remember seeing Tuala for the rewards, but this achievement is still locked 😔 no idea what I did to annoy it!

For those who completed a companions romance quest before finishing Delivering Devils and had Hadrian bugged so Eyewitnesses never starts - I can confirm that the quest can be completed in "new game plus" after
