Doing this legit can take a while. Here's a way to do it quickly with 3 controllers.
Play this in party mode and connect 3 controllers. With the controller you want to unlock as the first profile. You'll need to score just one point before the enemy scores any. Just play as controller 1 and leave 2 and 3 idle. Once you score a single point player 3 will serve the ball. When left idle they will drop it every time and you'll get a point. Once the game is done you will unlock the achievement.
