  Mission 3: Reactor
  Earliest you can do this is on Mission 3: Reactor. As you parachute in head East towards the big white hanger with the letter "A" on the side. Just underneath the letter "A" itself, behind the pillar you'll find a red explosive cannister. Hold to pick it up and find an unexpecting victim to throw it at with - if it does make contact with him, quickly shoot the cannister to blow him up, unlocking the achievement. Video guide:

  Mission Reactor.
  This achievement can be done on many missions, the one I think is best is Reactor. All you need to do is grab one of the small explosive / flammable "cannisters" from around the map. Next find an enemy and throw it directly at them, after the cannister hits them shoot it. As long as the resulting explosion kills the enemy the cannister hit you should unlock the achievement. I recommend fallowing my video below for the best location to do this IMO. I hope the guide helps.

  Actions

  On the 3rd mission of the Modern Warfare III campaign, the mission called "Reactor" features flammable gas canisters.
  
  Land near the giant building with the A marked on it and underneath the overhang will be a gas canister. Pick it up and go near an enemy and press LT to light the fuse and RT to throw the canister.
  
  Ensure the canister hits the enemy directly, explodes and eliminates said enemy for the achievement to pop!
