  Mission 1: Operation 627
  
  About a third of the way into the mission you'll enter the inner workings of the Russian Gulag. While inside a maintenance tunnel you'll have to open a grate that leads into the panopticon (cell block). Charlie squad will kill the lights and you'll have to rappel all the way to the bottom floor. Ensure you kill all the guards (carrying torches) as you slowly pass each of the windows.
  
  Guards:
  2x Staircase
  3x First Window
  3x Second Window
  4x Third Window
  5x Fourth Window
  5x Bottom Floor

  Guards doing crowd control do count including ones on upper levels

  Mission Operation 627
  
  Simply play about half way through the mission till you are in a tunnel and prompted to open a door/gate. After you open the door you will watch the power get cut & hook up to the repel line. Now simple repel down one floor at a time killing the guards before your AI team mates kill them. Make sure to reload if you need to before descending to the next floor as after each floor is a check point. Fallow my video below for more information. I hope this guide helps.

  This is a relatively easy achivement and reccomend playing on as low a diffuculty as possible.
  Halfway into the mission 'Operation 627' you will enter a hatch and follow out of an air vent. Here you will attach to a rappel and turn on your NVG. As you head down each floor you will have many opportunities to kill guards. If you kill all guards you see you should get the achievement after the 3rd floor has been cleared.
