Save when Bellgar appears.

In the Fjords, almost directly across from the large human settlement, there is a cave high up above the river. Upon entering, it'll look like a tomb, keep going a bit and Bellegar will tell you some crap. Keep going and you'll be required to make a choice, good or evil. Keep doing this and stick to that moral path, good or evil, pick one. Upon reaching the end, you'll receive a weapon and the achievement.

Since some people are having trouble with this, here are the options you should take for the Good side (obviously, doing the opposite will get you the Bad side, just make sure you stick to which ever moral path you choose at first).

1. Defend the princess, you're a dragon knight.
2. Transfer a skill point to the serf.
3. Transfer two stat points to the dying man.

This will earn you the Ultimate Good Sword
