In the first tutorial level 'Controls' there is an orange grassy plant on the left side of the tank on the land, kind of hidden behind other plants, if you clip this one, the achievement should unlock
Alternatively, make a new free play tank and fast forward x3 and leave for an hour and you should come back to a few rare/unique plants
