Peach Cop Grind - Either the first boss by not attacking him and killing his summoned enemies or let your timer run down and kill enemies till you reach 5 stars then leave before the gas hits.

Huge thank you to tai chi lord for the tip about the rat hat quest. I counted my hats 3 times to see which one I was missing. Came up with 42 every time. Didn't realize I was counting the "none" hat. When I did the rat hat quest in the sewers, the High Fashion achievement and the Completionist achievement both unlocked for me. No need to replay the ending sequence or mess with saves or anything.

The stats screen says I'm at 38 tasks. I checked my list against the list here, and I have them all. Steal the Bank is the only one that's active, but I've done that one 3 times now.
