How to unlock the Breathe In achievement

    The Breath in badge is for "Using 100 Antidotes"

    Antidotes are the oxygen inhaler items that restore sanity, you can only use them if you are missing some amount of sanity. When you reach full psychosis an indictor will appear showing the nearest antidote. You will find them lying around pretty commonly so just keep using them as need and you will likely unlock this as you naturally progress.

    Also two handy things to note:

    1. The in-game badge menu tracks your progress.
    2. Leaving a trial after gaining progress still counts towards it.

    X30 EngerlingAnother tip: always carry antidote with you, then play while looking for unlocked containers, if you are lucky there is a gas trap inside. Breathe. As soon as it hits, take the antidote.
