From the start, make your way through the first two doors, follow the hall to the end and turn right, you'll see a hole in the wall at the end of the hall, now you'll see a Bunzo doll walking in the middle of the room and red smoke will start pouring in, keep watching... then BOOM! no more Bunzo doll!
