    The fastest method I found was to:

    1. Sign in with a second controller
    2. Press cn_Y on both controllers to enable dual mode and hold cn_A on each controller to sign in a third and fourth player
    3. Start a level
    4. On your main controller, press cn_LT & cn_up until the achievement pops

    Simply press up 15 times and this will pop. Nice and easy.
