Simply start a new game, turn around and exit through the door. You will get a warning, repeat the day and exit the door again to get fired.
*Doing it this way will also earn you three other achievements:
•'Exit' for walking out for the first time
•'Watch Out' Getting a warning
•'Ignorant' for exiting the store without doing any tasks
