Theres a scenario/day where you will need to dispose of rotten fruit, you can tell by the green odor that comes of them. Simply pick them up using X and put them into the bins. Then open up the menu and go to 'Repeat Day' so you can start the day again and continue disposing of the fruit until you get the achievement.
*Tip: Start a new game, check the fruit to see if it's the rotten fruit disposal task, if not then open menu and exit game, then repeat as the scenarios are random
