There are 20 possible scenarios throughout the game that are randomly assigned throughout each week you play
Each scenario must be fully completed (no warning or firing as you leave the warehouse) to be checked off as completed
You can check how many scenarios you have completed overall on the board in the warehouse (to the right of the doors that lead into the supermarket), although it won't specifically tell you which scenarios you have and haven't completed
The scenarios themselves can be just one or a combination of the following tasks, although the scenarios highlighted with an asterisk (*) must be completed each day to avoid a warning from the manager
Turn the open/closed plate on the front door*
Switch off all the lights*
Close all doors*
Pick up items off floor
Clean spillages
Chase the customer away*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***In order to chase the customer out of the store, press 
and follow the customer to their new location within the supermarket (the customer will always run to set locations)
Close refrigerator doors*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***Walk around the edge of the store closing all the refrigerator doors (not forgetting the doors on the freezers adjacent to the bakery)
Discard rotten fruits*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***The rotten fruits are evident by a green stench coming off of them. Simply pick them up and place them in a bin to tick this one off
Discard old bread loaves
Clean the toilets*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***This includes flushing toilets, replacing toilet roll, closing the cubicle doors and pressing on each of the soap dispensers (I also closed the toilet seat lids to be on the safe side)
Return the shopping carts
Move the banners
Restock items on the shelves*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***Head down each aisle individually and find gaps within the shelves (taking note of the items either side of the gap), then pick up the item from the warehouse using the blue containers on the shelf)
Place fire extinguishers on the holders*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***All the fire extinguishers on the shelf in the warehouse can be placed throughout the store. Most of the fire extinguishers can be placed on pillars within the supermarket, as well as next to the bakery, in the toilets corridor and by the desk in the warehouse
Stack crates on the warehouse shelves*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***The crates will be in the warehouse, in the bakery and in the supermarket. Simply pick them up and place them on the empty shelves in the warehouse
