Near the start of Chapter 2 you will go to the school. Near where you start at the corner of the building is a tree with a poster. You may need to shift to Dead world to see the Platypus flyer, investigate it than sign up to get facts. Throughout the game just check your phone whenever you are in Dead world and find the Facts in the Messages tab. This achievement unlocks at the very end of the game. Without giving to many spoilers you will talk with everyone in the Turtle, and get the last fact after that.
