Desperate Escape is the more frantic DLC for Resident Evil 5.

Unlike "Lost in Nightmares", this DLC features a lot of enemies, no puzzles and a lot of fighting. It also has a slight random element, with weapons AND enemy sets spawning different (EG a sniper might spawn in a locker one time, but the next time around it could be an SMG). That makes it somewhat hard to give set guideline for how to finish this DLC.

Below are some videos of a Youtuber "spiralout1123211" beating the DLC on professional without taking hits. Some would argue it's easier to sprint through like this guy, others might recommend taking it slower and more conservatively. I personally find a mixture of both to be useful.
