General tips for anything leading up to the end section -Sprint to the objectives and try to bypass the majority of the enemies (apart from the ones that needed to be killed to advance in the game). Make sure you stay close to your partner in case you get hit while your running but not so close that you can be both taken out simultaneously. Ration your ammo by making use of melee attacks and going for head shots or leg shots - . Melees can be performed when the enemy is dazed or on the ground so keep your eyes open and react efficiently. When taking out bosses and large groups of majini make good use of your environment e.g. exploding canisters, oil canisters etc.
End Section -Actually fairly simple if use this strategy albeit took me and my partner multiple deaths to figure it out. All you need to do is camp inside the house. Station each player in opposite corners; one under the hole in the roof and at the broken boxes. Take out enemies as they come in, best to take care of the ones going for your partner. The executioners will never enter the house so you don't have to worry about them. After your ride has been delayed there should be fewer majini entering the house. Two Reapers will eventually enter; one a little after the executioner and the other after your ride has been delayed. They will always come through the door so listen out for them or plant a proximity bomb at the door. Once they come through, both of you should immediately shoot at the glowing spots. First in the centre, then back right, back left and finally centre once again. That's all there really is to it so good luck and I hope it works out for you!

If you stay on the narrow section, it's just a matter of standing back-to-back with your partner and keeping the enemies at bay. The guys on the tower won't be able to hit you as you'll be right under them. Bosses will jump straight up to you as soon as they spawn, though, so you'll have to be ready to blow them apart. If you're dealing with the Base Majini, though, you'll have guys with machine guns jump up on the crates periodically, so in that case the building might actually be better. I haven't had to do it on Pro with that enemy group.
You should note here that there are two possible sets of enemies for the end (and all other) sections: the Town Majini or the Base Majini. If you end up with the Town Majini, the two bosses will be gatling gunners instead of Executioners, and instead of Reapers you'll have Chainsaw Majini every once in a while.
Further notes to complement the alternate method, courtesy of:xRaW Corupt AIx said: You have to be careful though as sometimes enemies will drop right on top of you from the tower above. The only problems you'll have are with the bosses. If you have Magnum/RPG you should be able to take them out beore they can really hurt you. Otherwise my partner and I just jumped off and ran in circles then got back up to the roof and gave the executioner/chainsaw/minigun/bug everything we had. Usually that should get you out of danger. I would suggest that towards the end you might get overrun at that point just run around the area to run down the clock. Also make sure you always stay in close proximity to your partner(even though it's obvious that you should) so if they get hit you can inject/heal them before they die(which on professional is only a few seconds).
