How to unlock the Medical Opinions achievement

    In episode 4, when Odin and Tor (the two old rockers) cause the chaos, go to them and pick up the keys from the nurse they have knocked out. Next turn around and go to the double doors and unlock them. Go through these doors and take the 1st left into a room with a tape recorder. You need to listen to 3 consecutive recordings on this machine. The achievement will pop upon playing the 3rd recording.

    H1TMAKERWhat if you missed this in your first playthrough, is it obtainable after or do I have to play through the game again?

    El HorseIf I recall correctly, you can pick any episode for replay from the main menu so you can go back and get it without having to play through the whole game again. Pretty sure it was close to the beginning of episode 4 too.

    In episode 4 when your in the "Retreat" after Odin and Tor cause the disturbance, you want to go downstairs and pick up the keys from the nurse. After that you head to the Office wing and make the first left into the office. Then you can begin the simple act of listening.
