	This achievement can easily be done in a private free roam match with just yourself as it can be obtained by killing an NPC. A good place to go is the Twin Rocks gang hideout. There are two members of Walton's gang up high on rocks, so just keeping on chucking tomahawks from an estimated distance of 35 yards. Eventually one will connect and achievement unlocked. If you run out of tomahawks, just let yourself die. Cheers!
