  This achievement is very easy once you know where to go.
  
  1st, settings do not matter...only game type. Go into the "INVASION" game type under match making. Invasion is like RUSH in BadCompany...you have 2 bases and a 3rd objective to take over within the game time. These games are ALWAYS Elites vs. Spartans and they are ALWAYS two rounds meaning you will be Spartans once and Elites once.
  
  5 Kills is not a lot to ask, especially if you are on a map where the Elites are on defense and the Spartans are just running to their deaths. In any case, you will get this in under 5 minutes of playing.
  
  
  
  While in Invasion, it is also best to go after this achievement with a friend:

  I suggest trying the Invasion Slayer for that one, as the games seem to last longer and there are a lot more kills/deaths.

  This is fairly self-explanatory. There are a variety of game-types where you ae able to play as Elites vs. Spartans, but the easiest is Invasion, which is always guaranteed to be Elites vs. Spartans.
  In the matchmaking menu, if you press Start, and scroll down to player traits, you are able to select your preferred species, and so if you set this to Elites, the chance of you being placed on the Elites team increases. This may be useful if you keep getting placed on the Spartan team (which can happen, but normally the game mixes it up).

  It's 1 match... But it doesn't matter if oyu go in as Spartan, you will have to play as Elite anyway

  I got it in 1 match, but I don't think it has to be one match, since it just says matchmakng, which makes me think it's overall. Other things like daily challenges specifically state "a multiplayer matchmaking game", so I think this would say that if it had to be one match.

  Play the invasion game mode in matchmaking, once you are on the Elite's side, kill 5 Spartan's from the other team! Doesn't have to be a spree it counts total kills in the match so very easy!
