How to unlock the Banshees, Fast and Low achievement

    You can get this achievement easily on the mission 'Exodus'.

    *THIS IS EASIER WHEN PLAYING SOLO*

    Load up Rally Point Bravo (on at least normal difficulty) and you should be waiting for the evac falcons. Wait for them to land and then kill one marine on the ground and one sitting inside one of the falcons. The marines will become hostile and start shooting at you.

    Go near the falcon and you should see a prompt on screen which says 'press X to board enemy falcon'.

    Press X and the achievement should unlock.

    I don't really know why this works, I guess its probably because the achievement just unlocks when you board a flying enemy vehicle and a banshee is supposed to be the only one.

    If you want to do it on co-op try killing a couple of the marines when the falcon lands until they become hostile (red dots on your map). Then just walk around the falcons and the prompt to board enemy falcon should appear. I can't confirm that it always works on co-op because I have never tried.

    *Must be done on Normal or harder difficulty*
    The easiest level to do this on is during the fifth mission found in the campaign, "Tip of the Spear". During the mission you will find a Jet Pack, this may come in handy if you need it. You can start at Rally Point B, which puts you at the part where your team flies the falcon into the Spire. As you near the spire, you will see Banshee's flying just before the Spire. On the left side, there is a Banshee that flies near the ground a lot and bumps into the ground. Follow this Banshee around until it dips low enough to get inside. Press and hold to hijack the Banshee.

    Stevannomy banshee driver dipped down behind a oil pipe or whatever and trapped itself...i literally walked up and clicked X and got the easiest 25G in this game...sweet.

    For this achievement, load up the mission Tip Of The Spear, Rally Point Bravo on Heroic. You might consider it on Normal with Mythic skull (double enemy health) on as well, to prevent Jorge from downing the Banshees too quickly. Board the Falcon and take out the targets of opportunity along the way. You'll crash land shortly after encountering the EM shield. Work your way up the hill to the point where you can get to the Spire.

    There will be a couple of Banshees flying overhead. Use an overcharged Plasma Pistol to stun one of them and bring it down. Run to its location. You might need to hit it once or twice more to keep it down till you can get to it.

    Once you are near the Banshee, wait for it to come out of the stun (very important) then hold X to hijack it.

    I found this way of doing it easier than trying to jetpack into one while it's still up in the air and it's a bit more in-character than the other solution, IMO.

    CurtiesonThis is how I did it too. I waited for it to run into one of the cliffs, they were stuck for a bit so I just gave the jetpack a little gas and pushed X for an easy board. I wasn't even going for the achievement.
