  Note: This is for the second time you encounter her. You can not recruit her the first time round.
  
  This achievement should come normally throughout story progression, To get this achievement it requires you to recruit Tali into your party. You can acquire Tali into your squad by completing her recruitment mission "Dossier: Tali".

  Complete the "Dossier: Tali" mission from your second set of Dossier missions to unlock this.
  
  During your battle with the Geth Colossus, refuse the help from Kal'Reeger (it will take a Paragon action). If any of your squad dies, go talk to him and refuse his help again. It will bring the squadmate(s) back to life without having to use your Unity/Medi-Gel.

  I just took the left side of the map, and stayed behind cover while my other team mates shot. I was doing it on insane and I only had to revive them twice.
