    Campaign related achievement. Easiest way to obtain it is to just make your way through the game. Be sure to be careful, and hide for a second when your health gets low. (Not difficulty based. So doing this on the easiest difficulty will still grant you the achievement.)

    There are 13 chapters in the offline story mode known as the "Campaign", finish the 13th and final chapter to unlock.

    Can be done on any difficulty.
