This achievement currently has a 9.7 ratio, which is weird to me since it is really not difficult. However, you still need some dedication and may have to restart the same events again and again until you get it right. Due to the Mario Kart nature of the game, there is a lot of luck involved and you might see completely different results from one attempt to the next. You need to complete all 450 lights in the singleplayer. Difficulty is not specified, so just do it on Easy. You can change the difficulty at any time in the options or by pressing Y when selecting a car when retrying an event. You get 5 lights for completing the primary goal of the event, and then there is an extra light for reaching a certain number of fans and another extra light for hitting the fan gates (the exception is the boss battles, here you just need to win or wreck your opponents). You do not need to get all lights at the same time, for example, if you get all Primary lights but no Secondary the first time, and all Secondary lights but only three Primary lights the second time, you will now have all the lights. However, if you completely fail the primary goal (for example by finishing 4th in a race), any secondary lights you achieved in that one race will be forgotten.

RACES: Should be easy enough, as the AI is very slow on Easy. Stick to cars with Grippy handling and pick up Nitro (green), Mine (orange) and Shield (white) power-ups to protect yourself while you are in the lead. Use the Nitro on straights, use shield when there is a Shunt after you or you don't think you can dodge the Shock powerups and use mines where you think the guys behind you will drive. If you are not in first, focus on Shock (blue) power-ups, these are perfect for slowing down the people in front. Remember that normal cars get a speed reduction when going off-road, while off-road cars don't. So use off-road cars on tracks with a lot of water or dirt.

CHECKPOINT: The trick is to get as many stopwatches as possible. Stopwatches are always better than Nitro, but obviously keep picking up the Nitro that is easily accessible and use them on straights. Keep using the Grippy cars to ensure that you can turn enough to get the stopwatches, unless it is a track with very little turning or one that is more suited for off-road vehicles. Don't hesitate to brake early in order to ensure that you obtain a stopwatch. You need 20 seconds on the timer to win, but expect to easily get 30 or 40 seconds.

DESTRUCTION: Destruction events are the hardest events of the game, since they require more luck and skill than the other modes. Keep using Grippy cars, I find it is much easier to aim while turning with Grippy cars. However, on some tracks and on higher difficulties a faster car is more suited so that you don't fall behind the targets. Remember to pick up the Bolt power-ups so that you don't find yourself without "ammo". Also note that there is a slight delay between the power-ups. If you mash the A button, you will notice a delay between the first three and the next three bolts. I like to "burst" the power-ups, meaning I tap the A button quickly to shoot all three bolts quickly when I have a good shot. This is not as effective when there are only green cars, but if you can get enough power-ups and always fire into a pack of stronger cars, this is effective and keeps you from having all three slots filled. The green cars take one bolt to explode and fire a bolt back at you. Yellow cars take two bolts and set off a mine. Red cars take three bolts and fire a shunt in reverse when they explode. Blue cars take one shot and set off a Barge. For even more points, try using this to your advantage. If you're lucky, you'll shoot the green car, which fires a bolt at the yellow car, which sets off a mine that destroys the red car, and you'll get loads of points. The red cars give you a lot of extra time on the clock and are slow, so line them up and send a bolt burst their way whenever you can.

ONE-ON-ONE: This should be very easy, as they are not very fast on Easy. Just win the race or wreck them by using power-ups on them. However, unlocking the bosses can be tricky, but it is easier than it seems. Just keep trying to do what it tells you to do on the screen. And to clarify, the X5 fan combo that is one of the demands is simply that you achieve an X5 combo, not that you do 5 fan requests in a row. This is luck-based, so keep trying and stay in the middle of the pack to get more points. You might want to try on a harder difficulty so that there is more action and fighting between the cars.

FAN TARGETS: You will have to achieve a set number of fans. Fans are similar to the Kudos system in Project Gotham Racing. You can combo power-ups and drifts together for more points. For races, try staying in the middle of the pack to get more points from power-ups and overtakes. Always pick up the Fan Request triggers; even if you fail the request it will give you additional power-ups that often lead to more points regardless. Remember that once you complete a Fan Request, it will not be there for the next laps. This means that you can "farm" the request for power-ups until the last lap, this is especially useful with the "Reach X mph" requests as this leads to more Nitro and is very easily accomplished in the last lap. Use Drifty cars and drift around corners (e-brake (B button) while turning, then throttle while sliding) or even Nitro drift (use Nitro in a drift to shoot your car forwards). Drifting and Nitro drifting is a good help in Checkpoint events, but so are jumps and driving without hitting the wall. In Destruction events, it is actually easier to get the fan targets on harder difficulties, since you will have more time. This is because the time bonuses stop after you get all the primary lights, but the primary lights take longer to achieve on Hard. You will also get a couple hundred fans from Fan Runs:

FAN RUNS: In the events with Fan Runs, there are special orange power-ups. It can be tricky to locate it at first, so try every shortcut or alternate path. Once you hit it, you must drive through a sequence of neon gates. Make sure you drive in the very middle, sometimes it will not allow two wheels outside. Make sure you are going fast enough so the timer doesn't run out and that you will not be interrupted by opponents (use a shield or do it while ahead or behind). Once you have done this you only need to pass the event with three Primary lights or more.
