  This one is easy. Just go to the docks and push any dock worker and beat them down. I did it in around five minutes this way.

  It has been awhile since I played but I don't think it works because they have to fight back and I don't believe civilians do. I could be wrong though. Or it could be it was too easy for the cops to respond if you beat up civilians. On the docks no one cares or calls cops.

  I had the same problem Specialist01 had. Got over 100 melee kills and no pop. I checked my tracker and instead of having a number for achievements it had a dash. For some reason the tracker stopped working. I quit and reloaded the game and it went to normal. One more fistfight and it popped.

  should get this through playing story mode but if you dont then go to a quiet area of the map ie Docks area where there are no police about and walk up to someone and press B to shove them and they will start fighting you. Just beat crap out of them and move on to the next person until you have 30 melee kills. You can check in your game statistic on the pause menu on how many melee kills you have

  no way you get this in story mode... nor are you even going to be close... i still thumbed up because the docks is the best place to do it, but i have no clue how you could ever possibly get this achievement through normal story progress...

  Agreed, just finished the story with 20 melees.

  best place to do this achievement is on the docks, it will not bother the police and moreover you will fight with employees of the docks and they will appear again, it should take about 10 to 15 minutes at most to get the achievement
